Customer satisfaction and care is a top priority at Baby Tula. We strive to offer the highest quality products for caregivers and their babies. U.S.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States (excluding PO Boxes & APO addresses). Ground shipping for orders under $50 is $9.95. Additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any location outside the contiguous United States. Items that are refused for delivery/returned to sender may be subject to fees incurred by the courier.

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel the order.

Canada

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD and cover duties for shipments to Canada.

International (Outside Canada)

Please understand that shipping charges do not include the customs/duties, taxes or VAT charged by your local government. We are unable to determine these costs ahead of time therefore the payment of those fees are the customers responsibility.

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 USD to the following countries: Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.

For all other locations, standard shipping and handling charges apply.  Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the product(s) being shipped, third-party charges, local taxes and duties, and location.

Shipping Times

  • Please note that standard processing time is 1-2 business days before your item(s) will ship.
  • Shipping times for delivery within the United States takes up to 5 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
  • International Shipping varies, but generally takes 10 - 30 business days.
  • Some items within your order may ship separately.
  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the address on the order.

Baby Tula is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party companies, for governmental or customs-related delays, or for delays caused by weather, air traffic delays, transit delays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
